Cancellations

Payment for Phone/Web sessions and must be made at the time of booking. I will then contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for your session.

If you provide written advice of you desire to re-schedule/cancel more than 24 hours prior to your session, I will gladly arrange another time with you or provide a full refund.

Failure to provide this notice or be not available/no-show for your session will result in no reimbursement.

Payment for Face to Face sessions is to be made at the time of the session. If you provide written advice of your desire to re-schedule/cancel more than 24 hours prior to your session, I will gladly arrange another time.

Failure to provide this notice or be not available/no-show for your session will result in your being liable for the full session fee.
With the 1:1 programs, if you change your mind and wish to cancel, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the time remaining of your program.

Workshops

If the workshop needs to be rescheduled by me and/or for reasons beyond my control, your booking will be transferred forward to the new dates.  Should I need to cancel, a full refund will be forthcoming or the opportunity to transfer to another date (if possible).
If, for whatever reason, you are unable to attend the workshop, please let me know as soon as possible.  When this happens will determine what, if any, refund will be due.
For Half and Single Day Workshops, cancellations more than 7 days prior to the start of the workshop will receive a full refund. For cancellations less than this, you may transfer/gift your ticket to someone else, but there will be no refund.
For Multi Day Workshops, cancellations more than 28 days prior to the start of the workshop will receive a full refund. For cancellations between 14 and 28 days prior to the start of the workshop will receive a 50% refund of full workshop fee.  For cancellations less than 14 days prior to the start of the workshop, you may transfer/gift your ticket to someone else, but there will be no refund.

Refunds & Returns Policy

All products, services and workshops, purchased from Spiritual Palliative Care and Heart Space Inspired Pty Ltd are handled and processed through the DPD/Woo Commerce secure shopping carts and PayPal.

Debit / Credit Card and PayPal charges will appear as Heart Space Inspired Pty Ltd, Heart Space or Heart Space Inspired

Workshop Guarantee

If you walk away from one of our workshops believing that you have not received anything of value to you, then we will refund your FULL ticket price.

Products Guarantee

If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Spiritual Palliative Care, simply return the product/s to Heart Space Inspired Pty Ltd in as new condition and we will provide you with a full refund of the purchase price, excluding P&H charges. Product/s for return must be received within the 30 day period. You will be responsible for the postage/shipping costs of returning your purchase.

The legal entity behind Spiritual Palliative Care is Heart Space Inspired Pty Ltd. We are committed to ensuring your privacy in accordance with the National Privacy Policies as extracted from the Privacy Act 1988.

We will never sell, rent, share your information and all sessions are treated with the utmost confidentiality.

We collect your personal information to ensure that we can deliver your product/s in a timely and efficient manner, and also to ensure the minimisation of fraud. If we are required to provide your details to a 3rd party organisiation to complete your transaction, we will make you aware of to whom we provide the information.
